Job Summary

Bringing a data-driven approach to client acquisition, the part-time hourly Proposal Development Specialist will identify project opportunities, craft tailored proposals, and manage outreach while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate project opportunities on platforms like Upwork and other lead sources
• Craft tailored, high-quality proposals aligned with client requirements
• Analyze proposal performance data to improve conversion strategies

Required qualifications

• Background in proposal writing, sales, marketing, or business development
• Strong English writing skills (minimum B2 to C1 level)
• Experience with client acquisition and outreach
• Familiarity with tools such as Excel or Power BI
• A degree in Business Analytics or a related field is a plus
