Proposal Development Specialist
Job Summary
To support proposal development and bid submissions, the full-time remote Proposal Development Specialist will collaborate with Practice Leaders and business development teams to create, review, and enhance proposal responses while managing multiple deadlines and ensuring high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and develop proposal responses collaboratively and independently
- Review and measure the quality of proposals written by others
- Draft proposals using industry best practices and technical writing skills
Required Qualifications:
- BA or BS in English, liberal arts, business, engineering, marketing, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in proposal development
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or providing professional services to it is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with CRM databases is desired
