Proposal Director

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end proposal development process, the full-time salaried Proposal Director will manage a fast-paced proposal team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, compliant responses to RFPs and RFQs while working in a hybrid remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full proposal lifecycle, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance
• Drive the development of compelling proposal content and oversee quality assurance processes
• Mentor and develop proposal team members, promoting a high-performance culture focused on accountability and execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, English, Marketing, Public Administration, Transportation Management, or related field
• 8+ years of experience leading complex proposal development efforts
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing proposal teams
• Demonstrated success responding to large, complex RFPs in relevant industries
• Strong knowledge of competitive procurement processes and compliance requirements
