Key Responsibilities

Manage the proposal process and timelines, ensuring accountability among stakeholders
Research, analyze, write, and edit project proposals to meet client requirements
Collaborate with technical, sales, and field services teams to ensure proposal accuracy and clarity

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field
2 or more years of experience in proposals, project management, or engineering in the Power or Renewables industries
Engineer in Training (EIT) or registered professional engineer (PE) preferred
Strong business acumen in project management and consulting engineering
Must have authorization to work permanently in the US
