Proposal Graphic Designer

Job Summary

To support government proposals and marketing efforts, the full-time remote Proposal Graphic Designer will create impactful visual assets, including proposal graphics and marketing collateral, while ensuring brand consistency and compliance with client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and polish visual proposal graphics, technical diagrams, and data tables according to client specifications
• Concept and create original marketing materials, including proposal covers and corporate presentations
• Collaborate with proposal managers and subject matter experts to translate technical information into intuitive visuals under tight deadlines

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably with government proposals or technical design
• Associate or Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent experience
• High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; knowledge of InDesign, MS Word, and PowerPoint is beneficial
• Strong layout, typography, and data-visualization skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Must have a Mac computer and an active, up-to-date Adobe Creative Cloud subscription
