Job Summary
To enhance the visual quality of U.S. Government proposals, the remote Proposal Graphics Consultant will develop a reusable library of graphics, translate complex concepts into compelling visuals, and provide rapid-turn graphics support during active proposals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a library of proposal graphics, templates, and visual elements using design tools
- Translate technical concepts into clear graphics that strengthen proposal messaging
- Provide graphics support during proposals, including last-minute revisions and reviews
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience developing proposal graphics for U.S. Government contractors
- Experience with large federal contractors in defense, national security, or related markets
- Advanced proficiency with Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Strong ability to communicate complex ideas through graphics and information design
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and respond quickly to short-notice assignments
