Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Lead to manage and coordinate the bid management process for large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end bid management process, including conducting bid analysis and establishing timelines
• Create persuasive bid content and orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to ensure comprehensive responses
• Monitor bid performance metrics and continuously refine bid processes to drive operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in bid management, deal management, or financial consulting
• Experience managing bids for complex and large-scale projects
• Strong understanding of the bid and deal lifecycle and proposal writing
• Proficiency in using bid management software
• Experience in Payments and/or SaaS with knowledge of industry-specific bid requirements
