Proposal Management Director

Job Summary

As Covera's first Manager/Director of Proposal Management, the full-time remote role will manage the proposal lifecycle, develop strategies for RFPs, and enhance proposal quality to support commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of RFPs, RFIs, and other proposal activities while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
• Write, edit, and tailor persuasive proposal responses that effectively communicate Covera's value proposition
• Develop scalable proposal workflows and establish metrics for continuous improvement and performance tracking

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing enterprise RFPs or proposals in healthcare or healthcare technology
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional proposal efforts and influence stakeholders
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent deadlines
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and compliance
• Analytical skills for tracking proposal metrics and commercial performance
