Proposal Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Lead, Proposal Management and Writing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bid management, including kickoff, timeline creation, resource alignment, application development, and submission
• Write clear, compelling content for RFPs, RFIs, and other public procurement processes, managing the review and revision cycle
• Analyze proposal documents, gather insights, and develop competitive strategies in collaboration with cross-functional partners

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in content writing and project management
• Experience with analyzing regulations and bid documents
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Public or private sector experience in procurement is a plus
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and interpersonal skills
