Job Summary

To cover an 8-week leave of absence, the Contract Transactions Pursuits & Directories Manager will manage the full lifecycle of RFP and pitch responses, providing strategic advisory and conducting market intelligence analyses in a flexible hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, ensuring compliance and timely submissions
• Provide expert guidance for complex RFP responses and pitches, collaborating with attorneys and firm leadership
• Conduct audience and market analyses to inform response strategies and value propositions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project and production management focused on RFPs and pitches, preferably in a law firm or legal environment
• Exceptional writing, editing, and copy-proofreading skills
• Strong independent judgment and analytical skills for creating competitive value propositions
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related business discipline
