Job Summary

Stepping into a critical interim role, the Contract Transactions Pursuits & Directories Manager will manage the full lifecycle of RFP and pitch responses, providing strategic advisory and conducting market intelligence analyses in a hybrid work environment for an elite global law firm.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, ensuring compliance and timely submission of deliverables
• Provide strategic guidance for complex RFP responses, collaborating with attorneys and firm leadership
• Conduct market and audience analyses to inform response strategies and develop compelling value propositions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of project and production experience in managing RFPs and pitches within a professional services environment, preferably in the legal industry
• Exceptional writing, editing, and copy-proofreading skills with the ability to create persuasive client-focused content
• Strong independent judgment and decision-making capabilities for developing competitive value propositions
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related business discipline
