Key Responsibilities

• Provide regional management oversight for the Proposal Team, ensuring quality deliverables and alignment with business development requirements
• Develop and maintain proposal tools, templates, and processes, while collaborating with various functional departments
• Oversee personnel management, including recruitment, performance management, and professional development of team members

Required Qualifications and Education

• Five years of experience in clinical research, with at least three years in CRO proposal development
• A minimum of one year of personnel management experience
• Previous financial management experience
• Proven competency and ability to work independently
• Experience in developing individual development plans and training programs for staff
