Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to join their Bids and Proposals Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the K-12 market and develop proposals that move the organization forward
• Lead kickoff calls, manage timelines, and ensure team members meet internal deadlines
• Revise and edit RFP submissions, escalate concerns, and deliver status updates to management

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of previous proposal writing and managing experience
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) Certified - Foundation preferred
• Experience with Salesforce, Loopio, and Mimeo or equivalent tools
