Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on and driven Proposal Manager/Writer, this full-time remote position will manage the proposal process from start to finish, including coordinating responses to RFPs and providing direction on proposal writing best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Strategize with internal teams to develop winning proposals and manage the proposal preparation process
- Conduct daily proposal status meetings and lead storyboarding sessions to integrate overall proposal strategies
- Direct writing, editing, and post-color review recovery activities while overseeing document libraries and content management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, English, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of successful proposal management experience in a government contractor environment
- Experience in the Federal Government RFP procurement process, with a preference for experience with CMS
- Proven ability to analyze RFP requirements and develop compelling win themes and value propositions
- Proficiency in MS Office desktop publishing and document formatting tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
