Proposal Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Proposal Manager, this position will develop and ensure the timely submission of high-quality, RFP-compliant proposals to support growth in DOD, Federal Civilian, and commercial markets, with the flexibility of remote work for candidates within the Continental United States.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and organization for the development of mid-level and complex proposals
• Manage proposal activities to ensure compliance and timely submission, collaborating with various teams
• Conduct proposal kick-off meetings and color team reviews to achieve high-quality proposal submissions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience
• Ten (10+) years or more of professional experience, particularly in federal business proposal development
• Strong communication style to establish rapport with internal and external stakeholders
• Highest ethical standards of behavior and a team player mentality
• Relevant experience outside of proposal management, such as project or capture management
