Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop client responses and apply best practices
Define requirements, develop winning proposal responses, and establish program schedules
Coordinate quote submittals, serve as focal for proposal responses, and develop new proposal templates

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in preparing quote letters and/or proposal responses
Proficient in remote work and different client systems
Understanding of CDRL milestones, experience in leading reviews, and technical background in Aerospace testing
Bachelor's degree preferred
