Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the development and delivery of compliant, competitive, and compelling proposals
• Coordinate proposal efforts with internal and external stakeholders to maximize bid success
• Conduct activities required for successful proposal color reviews and debriefs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 7 years of successful experience managing and winning IT federal, state, and local proposals
• Proficiency in CRM, Quoting tools, and order-processing tools
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience in copy-editing and conceptualizing graphics for proposals
