Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading proposal development efforts with a team of writers, artists, and support staff
Collaborating with the capture team to ensure RFP responses align with win strategy
Supporting proposal development through persuasive writing for various customers

Required Qualifications:

2 or more years of related work experience
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent post-high school experience
5 or more years of experience in proposal development for a federal government contractor
Experience with proposal processes and tools such as Shipley and MS Office Suite
Certifications like Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP)
