Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in strategy sessions on assigned proposals
Lead proposal and other responses to Government requests
Develop proposal schedules, manage budgets, and drive teams through all stages of proposal development

Required Qualifications:

BA degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years of experience
Experience in federal contract proposal development and management
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and geographically disparate teams
US citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD SECRET security clearance
Experience with Navy programs and formal proposal training or certifications preferred
