Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to oversee complex proposals for various sectors including Federal government and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of proposal development in response to solicitations
• Facilitate collaboration across departments for proposal strategy and document preparation
• Create compliance matrices and proposal management tools to ensure adherence to requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
• 3+ years of experience as a proposal manager
• Experience with Federal and SLED proposals
• Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously
• Capability to develop comprehensive compliance and requirement matrices
