Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager/Analyst/Writer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Organizes and coordinates proposals and proposal resources
• Writes and edits technical sections of proposals, ensuring compliance with government requirements
• Analyzes government solicitations to understand technical requirements and maintains proposal compliance matrices

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of federal contractor proposal development and writing experience
• Bachelor's degree in an associated discipline; certification from Shipley or APMP preferred
• Above average knowledge of government procurement processes and technical proposal requirements
• Experience with all proposal volumes, including past performance and technical volumes
• Ability to handle personal identifiable information (PII) and maintain necessary security clearances
