Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to oversee and manage proposal development for government contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage proposal outlines, compliance matrixes, and schedules
Ensure compliance with solicitation requirements and evaluation criteria
Work with the capture team to maintain a proposal content library and documentation

Required Qualifications

Minimum BA/BS degree
5+ years' experience in federal government proposal management and writing for DoD
Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) related to government contracting
Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools
Experience utilizing acquisition research systems such as GovWin and sam.gov
