Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to oversee proposal submissions for federal programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute activities related to successful proposal submissions, including pipeline management and RFI/RFP responses
• Guide writers and manage content planning for various proposal sections and volumes
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and manage proposal response artifacts throughout the submission process

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing proposals for U.S. federal solicitations
• Knowledge of federal contracting regulations and compliance, including FAR
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with proposal content planning and technical writing
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to attain low-level security clearance
