Key Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal lifecycle, managing all RFx activities from initial receipt through final submission
• Orchestrate contributions from cross-functional teams to develop winning responses
• Craft compelling content that articulates the company's value proposition and differentiation

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing complex proposals in a B2B environment, preferably in life sciences or SaaS
• Proven project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams under tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Flexibility to support a global customer base and work across time zones as needed
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Word
