A company is looking for a Proposal Manager - R&D and Quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal lifecycle, managing all RFx activities from initial receipt to final submission
• Orchestrate response teams by coordinating contributions from cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals
• Craft compelling content that articulates the company's value proposition and differentiators

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in managing complex proposals in a B2B environment, preferably in life sciences or SaaS
• Proven project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams under tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Flexibility to support global customers and teams, including working across time zones
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Word
