Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Proposal Manager to manage competitive proposals for prospective clients in the healthcare/pharma industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead kick-off meetings with sales teams to understand RFP requirements and establish proposal schedules
• Coordinate proposal requirements and responses with contributors and subject matter experts
• Manage Statements of Work (SOWs) from creation through review and final submission

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical communication, journalism, communications, English, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in proposal management, preferably in healthcare or pharma
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Platform, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and RFP/RFI portals
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering high-impact proposals
• Self-starter with proven project management capabilities
