Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the preparation of proposals, qualification statements, and RFP responses for the Commercial Sector Sales team
• Manage proposal processes, ensuring compliance and timely deliverables while communicating issues and variances
• Coach and mentor junior staff members while leading planning and development of customer presentations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, communications, or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in proposal management
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work successfully with others across multiple disciplines and time zones
• Fluency in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications
