Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to lead the development and submission of high-quality proposals for a temporary project role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the proposal development process from pre-solicitation to submission
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure alignment with client requirements
• Write, edit, and review proposal content for clarity, compliance, and persuasiveness while managing multiple proposal efforts simultaneously

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing proposals in a professional services, cyber, or operational risk environment
• Strong understanding of Shipley proposal development processes
• Excellent project management, writing, and editing skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
