Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to oversee the proposal process and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end proposal process and collaborate with teams to develop proposals
  • Coordinate and edit proposal inputs from various stakeholders to ensure clarity and compliance
  • Facilitate strategic planning discussions and maintain proposal knowledge management processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Communication, Journalism, or English) preferred
  • 3-4 years of experience in analyzing Public Sector RFPs and leading proposal development efforts
  • 1-2 years of business experience, preferably in the IT public sector industry
  • Proficiency in job-related software applications, including Adobe Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Office Suite
  • APMP membership/certification is preferred
