Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to lead response efforts to customer RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end RFP response process, including intake, submission, and follow-up
• Develop and maintain proposal content, ensuring clarity and compliance with customer requirements
• Collaborate with various teams to gather accurate information and support contract negotiations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in proposal management, preferably in B2B SaaS, technology, or cybersecurity
• Experience managing complex RFP responses and working with legal departments on contracts
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Business, Law, or related field preferred
• Proficiency with proposal management tools and CRM systems
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and compliance frameworks
