Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to join their sales team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the proposal process from receipt of solicitation through submission and follow-up
• Prepare and modify proposal content based on feedback and ensure compliance with solicitation requirements
• Lead the proposal team, assign tasks, and maintain proposal-related content for efficiency and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in writing proposal content and managing proposal inputs and outputs
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities for internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in the Utility Industry or IT Consulting preferred
• Degree in Business, Information Technology, Communications, Journalism, or English beneficial
