Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to join their growth team and manage federal proposal preparation and development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of proposal development, including planning, compliance oversight, and production
• Lead discussions during strategy sessions to capture customer needs and develop compelling proposals
• Collaborate with capture leads and maintain a repository of reusable content and project profiles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; training in Shipley and proposal methodologies preferred
• At least three years of experience managing federal proposals
• Proven experience in the proposal development life cycle and understanding of proposal team roles
• High proficiency in Microsoft Word and familiarity with Microsoft Teams and CRM tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and adapt to changing circumstances
