Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to manage proposal development for complex opportunities with a focus on commercial elements and pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage proposal schedules, ensuring compliance with internal processes and customer deliverables
• Coordinate inputs for RFQ requirements and organize meetings related to the proposal process
• Develop pricing models and ensure adherence to governance processes while supporting negotiations with clients

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant field
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent experience
• Refined commercial skills and project management capabilities
• Knowledge of nuclear utility buying practices
• Broad technical knowledge of nuclear power plants
