Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager who will develop and execute winning proposals to support sales teams in response to RFx/tenders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze RFx requirements and advise on high-quality proposal submissions
• Lead virtual pursuit teams to ensure timely completion of proposals
• Create and edit proposal content to align with win strategies and client objectives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in proposal development, with 3-5 years leading proposal responses
• Strong background in developing win strategies and proposal plans
• APMP certification or experience with APMP/Shipley methodologies is a plus
• Experience with cloud-based RFP platforms, preferably Responsive
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including MS Teams and SharePoint
