Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to drive client growth through the production of comprehensive proposals and RFP responses.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring rigorous project management and timely delivery
• Collaborate with sales and subject matter experts to define proposal content and scope
• Continuously improve proposal content and processes based on feedback and evolving client expectations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proposal management experience, particularly with complex RFPs
• Proven project management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Minimum of 5 years of writing and editing experience
• Healthcare industry experience, particularly in pharmacy benefits or health and welfare benefits administration
• Experience handling sensitive information, including Protected Health Information (PHI), is preferred
