Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to oversee the preparation of study quotations and manage related processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the study quotation preparation process to ensure timely and accurate submissions
• Prepare quotations and obtain third-party vendor quotes as needed
• Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance the quality and timeliness of proposals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in science, business, or marketing
• 3-5 years of customer service or related experience
• Experience in a contract research and/or research setting preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in using CRM databases for maintaining departmental information
