Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager (Senior Proposal Writer & Production Lead).

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end proposal development from RFI/RFQ/RFP receipt to final submission
Write and edit proposal sections, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements
Coordinate proposal production activities and support continuous improvement of processes

Required Qualifications

Must be a U.S. Citizen
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience owning the full proposal lifecycle
Strong knowledge of federal solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, task orders)
Formal proposal training and/or industry-recognized certification is preferred
