Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to lead the development of proposals for government markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full proposal lifecycle for DOW opportunities, ensuring compliance and high-quality submissions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling narratives and ensure adherence to solicitation requirements
• Maintain reusable proposal content and support post-submission activities, including Q&A and debriefs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, engineering, or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience managing DOW or federal government proposals
• Deep understanding of DOW acquisition processes and compliance requirements (FAR/DFARS)
• Proven success in crafting technically accurate and persuasive proposal narratives
• APMP certification or similar professional proposal credentials is preferred
