Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to lead the development and delivery of proposals in the critical infrastructure market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team in crafting compliant and compelling proposals
Provide strategic guidance and mentorship while managing stakeholder relationships
Refine proposal processes and conduct detailed analysis of RFP/RFQ/RFI documents

Required Qualifications

Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Approximately 12+ years of progressive proposal management experience
Professional registration or certification in proposal management is desired
Experience in the AEC industry, particularly with large program management proposals
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
