Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to lead the development and delivery of proposals in the critical infrastructure market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team in developing complex proposals that meet customer needs and differentiate from competitors
• Provide strategic guidance, manage stakeholder relationships, and refine proposal processes for efficiency
• Facilitate proposal meetings, write non-technical sections, and oversee interview preparation and collateral development

Required Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Approximately 12+ years of progressive proposal management experience
• Professional registration or certification desired (e.g., APMP, PMP)
• Experience in the AEC industry, particularly with large program management proposals
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
