Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to develop high-caliber proposals and oversee the proposal development process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of services and industry trends to position proposals effectively
• Lead and coordinate the proposal development process, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement in proposal development practices

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in proposal management and writing, preferably in a consulting services environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience in communications, English, business, marketing, or a related discipline
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in proposal development
• Experience with state government proposals is highly desirable
• Experience with AI-powered RFP response tools is highly desirable
