Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to lead the development and delivery of major proposals and business development materials in the critical infrastructure market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team in developing complex proposals and ensure compliance and responsiveness
• Establish proposal strategies and maintain stakeholder relationships while providing mentorship to team members
• Facilitate proposal meetings and reviews, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Approximately 12+ years of progressive proposal management experience
• Professional registration or certification in proposal management is desired
• Experience in the AEC industry, particularly with large program management proposals
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
