Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to lead the development and delivery of proposals in the critical infrastructure market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team in developing complex proposals and ensure compliance and responsiveness
• Provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and maintain stakeholder relationships throughout the proposal process
• Refine proposal processes, facilitate meetings, and oversee the preparation of deliverables to ensure quality and timely submission

Required Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Approximately 12+ years of progressive proposal management experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the AEC industry, particularly with large program management proposals
• Professional registration or certification in proposal management is desirable
