Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to lead the development and delivery of proposals in the critical infrastructure market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team in creating complex proposals and ensure compliance and responsiveness
• Set proposal development strategy and maintain accountability among team members
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide strategic guidance to enhance proposal management efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Approximately 12+ years of progressive proposal management experience
• Professional registration or certification in proposal management is desired
• Experience in the AEC industry, particularly with large program management proposals
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
