Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to lead and direct cross-functional proposal development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage proposal development teams, schedules, and budgets
• Analyze RFPs and develop customized outlines and compliance structures
• Collaborate with teams to shape win themes and produce compelling proposal content

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field demonstrating strong writing skills and critical thinking
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, proposal management, or business/technical writing
• Knowledge of decarbonization, clean energy, or relevant industry experience (preferred)
• Strong MS Office Suite experience, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Deadline-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities
