Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to lead the development and delivery of proposals and business development materials in the critical infrastructure market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the proposal development team to create compliant and compelling proposals
• Set strategy for proposal development and maintain decision-making authority while managing stakeholder relationships
• Facilitate proposal meetings and workshops to ensure quality deliverables and refine proposal processes

Required Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Approximately 12+ years of progressive proposal management experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the AEC industry, particularly with large program management proposals
• Professional registration or certification in proposal management is desired
