Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete proposal lifecycle, from opportunity assessment to final submission for complex proposals
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring compliance with client requirements and RFP instructions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape proposal strategy and customize content for client needs

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of proposal management experience, preferably in the benefits industry
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and RFP/proposal software
• Experience in synthesizing complex information for diverse audiences
• Ability to mentor junior team members for quality and consistency
