Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to join their Marketing and Proposal Team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the proposal process by analyzing solicitation documents and coordinating content development
Develop draft proposal documents and facilitate color review meetings
Maintain project data in the ERP database and support proposal process improvements

Required Qualifications

BA/BS in a relevant field with 5-8 years of technical/AEC industry experience or 12+ years of relevant AEC experience
Previous proposal experience in Geospatial Surveys and related services is highly preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
A high level of self-motivation is essential
