Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to support the Revenue Team by developing and managing client proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, revise, and finalize bespoke proposals and SOWs
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather information and ensure proposal accuracy
• Conduct quality checks to minimize errors in proposal documentation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal management or contract documentation
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with CPQ systems and leveraging AI tools for proposal preparation
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight timelines
• Must be able to work in the US time zone
