Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to oversee proposal development and author content for a Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the proposal process including strategy planning, content writing, and internal reviews
• Coordinate proposal management activities and supervise a small proposal team to ensure quality and timely submissions
• Independently research and write technical proposal content while contributing to the design of professional templates

Required Qualifications

• US citizen eligible for Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or related STEM field with 8-10 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 5 years of proposal management experience with Federal/DoD contracts valued over $30M
• Experience using AI-enabled proposal development tools is preferred
• Proven ability to write original technical proposal content on IT and related topics
